2. Buying on Amason Commerce
✅ Order Process:

Prices are listed in Naira (₦) and subject to change.

You receive an order confirmation email; verify details immediately.

🚚 Delivery:

Delivery times vary by location.

Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees.

🔄 Returns & Refunds:

Follow our Refund Policy for eligible returns.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

3. Selling on Amason Commerce
📌 Seller Obligations:

Provide accurate product descriptions and images.

Ship orders within 48 hours of confirmation.

Comply with Nigerian consumer protection laws.

💸 Fees & Payments:

We charge a commission fee per sale (see Seller Dashboard).

Payouts are processed weekly via bank transfer.

4. Prohibited Activities
❌ You may NOT:

Sell counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items.

Manipulate reviews or ratings.

Use bots/scrapers to extract data.

Engage in fraudulent transactions.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, text, images) is owned by Amason Commerce or licensed partners.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Delays due to logistics partners.

Minor discrepancies in product color/size.

Third-party seller disputes.

7. Dispute Resolution
Nigerian law governs these Terms.

Disputes shall first undergo mediation in Lagos State.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
